And for the record Rog, Gst isn't 'struggling' they have cash in the bank, ability to raise more if/when needed, a money making pillar with GSMoney about to make even more. I would definitely say some good news prior to the Agm, if they are going to ask share holders to vote, (not that it will matter much imo) on their resolutions, then they need to confirm the direction we are currently going.

Have the BoD delivered so far, yes, will they keep on delivering, I think so, do they want their company to succeed, yes. Will they need funds to make it succeed, yes. Simple. Will they use the 800m, we don't know, still good to have the option instead of being forced into some crappy death spiral financing. It's very much a start up Zag, I see what the Kat has dragged in as well, thought you'd left us to it? I've always said they will probably raise funds in 2024, I have no issues with it whatsoever, only inexperienced investors see this as a negative, all companies raise money on the journey, every single one. The next raise will be at a higher price imo to protect even the BoD's investments, if this panics you, simply leave, you'll only invest in another company who will raise funds anyway. I'm here for the long term gains and to have 800m at their disposal if required, is fine by me. Keep spreading fud guys, falling on deaf ears here.

They are a start up, they need cash, if you don't understand this then you're in the wrong game I'm afraid, they obviously have some big plans and need money along the way to make them happen, this is how all companies such as these become big. Sounds a lot of shares but might as well go for them now rather than having to wait another year for an Agm. Any raises like I've said will be next year imo when the price is a lot higher that it is now. By year end we will know what is happening with all 3 pillars of Gs money. Scare mongering is a dirty tactic, I remain very excited for the future. Fully expect cash to be raised along the journey.

Will be huge for this little company.

In no particular order.

1.Full roll out of GS20 Exchange - stated by end of this year.

2. AngraGlobal full operational with all clients onboarded - by end of this year.

3. Innovation pathway progress update/success - by end of this year.

2023 will be the transformational year of GST's history and future, will all 3 pillars firing, the revenues will pour in, present 11m Mcap. Future valuation = Unknown.

Always going to happen, however, buys are double sells at the moment and look how the SP moved up, other recent days have seen the opposite and the price didnt decrease by much. This is primed for the next move up on news imo. Definitely don't want to miss that.
