Lloyd they announced Sandbox application for their stable coin plans when they owned UK Based FCA approved Angrafx.

Since then they have acquired Paypt and changed it to AngraGlobal for 'outside' the UK. So im wondering now if the Sandbox may even be put on the back burner and they are looking to launch their stablecoins from outside the UK?

Things have changed here since the Paypt acquisition and the stable coins can already been seen on their GS20 site which of course doesnt need FCA approval as it's based in Europe and not the UK. Very interesting.

So GST acquired Angra Ltd in Feb 22 - https://www.gstechnologies.co.uk/post/completion-of-the-acquisition-of-angra-limited. Angra ltd had been going for a decade for UK business only and wasnt doing anything of note until GST acquired it, since then it has been performing well - see financials. So Angra Ltd is already FCA approved for UK clients serving a wide network spanning over 80 countries, with a primary focus on Europe and Asia.

So GST then acquire a little company called Paypt already with an MSB licence and change the name from Paypt to Angraglobal.com for users 'outside of the UK' and combine it with Angra Ltd. - On the other hand, Angra Global specializes in offering comprehensive processing platforms for online banking and payment solutions. Our integrated ecosystem enables seamless business transactions within our extensive network, spanning across America, Europe, and Asia.

So AngraFX is generating the transactions they reported just for UK business, be very interesting what those transactions are up to now.

AngraGlobal has opened their clients up further for transactions across America, Europe and Asia and has been onboarding 'new' clients since Sept 01st 2023. How many new business clients?

So the big question is what will be GST's next acquisition for strengthening Angra? Bearing in mind we think China is covered from their partnership with Vimlogy.

AngraFX is for UK clients - FCA authorised.

AngraGlobal for everywhere else - AML regulated by MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore).

Angraglobal and AngraFX 'combined' as per RNS. So I think someone was lying re KYC for Angraglobal living in UK, as UK clients can already use AngraFX, and if AngraFX was for UK business only, and was generating the reported transactions inline with BoD's expectations, and AngraGlobal is for the rest of the world and is also performing inline with expectations, then........ well you work it
