Moomins, you just cant operate from the UK as a financial institute without FCA approval, I honestly believe that the acquisition, among other things, is a cheap and easy way to get hold of their Tech to use for Angra. All will be revealed.

Lloyd, this acquisition took me by surprise if im honest, I wouldn't have guessed at a Belfast based company in a million years, however I can see now why they've done it, this is why I believe a second one is coming soon, more of a 'global' acquisition imo. Watch this space
