Easysend has been acquired to bolster up Angra getting their clients and their technology.

Both easysend and Angrafx are already Fca (Api) approved, the Fca approval needed is for the transfer of ownership. I'm guessing that Gst need to do some more DD before finalising, then Fca will need to approve it.

Settlement of outstanding transactions can continue whilst the security is suspended.

What is adds to the financials for Gst we will have to wait longer to see.

As for GS20, well that's just a strange one, that will either really shock us (in a good way) or really disappoint us, but again, if it's building financial momentum, that should be taken as positive.

Both the GS20 Exchange and Angra Global are performing well and we are delighted with the performance of the recently acquired Semnet business. 

Angraglobal is still very new, so how well that's doing is a big question, find out in July, any decent initial progress should be seen as very positive.

Dragging their heels a little with Easysend imo.

Don't know if that's a Gst or Fca issue.

I have to be honest, the trading pot is looking healthy, however I use that when I see good trading opportunities, make a few grand and get out, normally on shares I have no idea about, hence why I never comment on the boards, pointless, not in them long enough. I haven't traded Gst, just built a sizable amount which I'm happy to simply sit on. I think I know quite a bit about the BoD, their vision, the sector and potential at where this Mcap sits right now and am more than happy to ride this out, I'm in profit with a great average so easy for me. I can't see me losing any money here, its just how much I make which is the question. Happy to wait for the next chapter in Gst acquisitions....
