Same thing happened with Paypt, on the confirmation of the Paypt acquisition, the SP jumped 100%, they are just telling us their intentions, like every other acquisition beforehand, you've been here a while apparently, I'd expect you to know this.... did you sell and looking for a cheaper entry perhaps.. lol

Easy answer, just like the Canadian licence, easier to acquire a nothing company with the correct licence needed in that jurisdiction rather than doing it all yourself.

Nevertheless, SPI license in Spain for sale may be a powerful way to grow a large-volume business-structures. Key factor may be considered selection of most suitable country and design of efficient strategies.

Sometimes you need to look a little further into what something means, don't concentrate on Bonfirepay, concentrate on what that SPI registration brings to Gst.

Looks like another similar Paypt acquisition to me, so Bonfirepay will need to register as an SPI first with the bank of Spain, then once that's done, Gst will acquire it, so again I don't think it will cost Gst that much, it's clear that Gst wants that registration first and what comes with being registration as an SPI with the central Spanish bank. No Fca involved in this one thankfully, Spanish regulations I'm guessing.

They haven't paid for Easysend yet, November they are saying

Easysend pushed back until November for whatever reason, they haven't really said why which is unfortunate, however looks like it's in the bag, dont know much about Bonfirepay yet, will try find out more later today.

Redandy, you may have to be prepared to hold for another 3 years for max gains if the BoD complete what they've set out to do.
