We've been told about easysend and bonfirepay, they've nothing further to add to that until both deals are done, or not.

If Gs20 figures are correct, which we believe they are, you can at least keep an eye on them to make some guesstimates, as a grown up investor, I really don't mind seeing cold hard figures twice a year.

Placing then of 1.25m, so far only bonfirepay mentioned, if anyone thinks that cost 1.25m then you need a good shake.

Easysend is for 60% of the business with the Ceo keeping 40%.

So the previous cash raised from the latest 2 placings are for the current acquisitions.

Personally I think the BoD have played an absolute blinder here, I wonder if Semnet was always in the plan from day 1 and they've worked Gst up to getting it.

A business strand majority owned by Gst listing itself on the Nasdaq by another company, MOU, which is footing the bill, has been music to my ears all day. Can't wait for the update in 3 measly months time. Someone certainly thinks Semnet is worth a fortune. Look out McAfee lol.
