Apart from the extension, all other terms and conditions in the option to purchase agreement, as previously announced, remain unchanged and both parties remain committed to successfully completing the acquisition.

It's amazing how many people start doubting what the BoD says right before any deadline, what gives anyone the idea the deal won't be happening? They've laid out their plans like any other deal and will deliver.

He was selling in 2m blocks on high volume, now i believe he's selling 250k, 300k and 500k blocks, just like Raph did.
