BfD even if it was just 3m, we didn't have 3m to throw around previously, where has that money suddenly come from? Looking forward to finding out

Our previous acquisitions, Angra, GS20, Paypt, would have been peanuts, semnet our largest bought with cash and shares, and now Cake i believe will be the most expensive, founder isn't going to give away Cake/Bake for cheap, especially as major platforms were also interested. Maybe a bidding war took place or the founder saw what we see in the BoD and trust them to deliver and protect their customer base.

It's all very exciting.

James this is why I believe we must be making a fair bit now from the exchanges. 6 or 12 months ago, I can't see how Gst could have acquired this without dilution? Then boom oh we've just bought this by the way, with our own funds.....

 Acquisition will include the relevant source code and IT infrastructure required to operate Bake, including the bake.io domain name and related services, intellectual property rights, including trademarks and trade names 'Cake DeFi' and 'Bake', together with customer lists and assets.

Domain name and intellectual property rights for a company such as this wouldn't be cheap alone.

Should have seen another 7 to 8m shares knocked off Garies today.

He's managing to drop them quickly, I have him around 60m left roughly, once he's done there is no holding this back and we should 50m mcap fairly rapid.

GS20 must be coining it in considering we've been able to cash purchase a company with $80m worth of assets.

Semnet contracts must be going well considering a company is stumping up the capital for a nasdaq listing. Value $56m.

Angra 5 fold increase last reported, waiting for 2 x acquisition news.

Current share price no where near fair value yet for what is going on at Gst.

I used to say onwards to 5p, that was before the news of Nasdaq and now this fantastic new addition to the business, Bake.

So....onwards to 20p. First slice price well and truly adjusted.

People need to be loaded at this price ready for a bonanza 2025.
