RE: GST is the only public listed company in the UK in regard to cross-boarder payment.22 Dec 2024 16:32
All these mentions of raises is interesting.
6 months ago and more, im on record telling this board there will be raises along the way and there was, this company would need them to keep growing whilst they were loss making, that was just fact.
Now I'm not so sure after the cash purchase of Bake. We are no longer a loss making business, somebody else is financing the Semnet listing, that certain someone has seen there SP drop probably as their share holders think they will raise the cash for Semnet listing.
As far as Gst are concerned, we may not need another obviously dependant on how much we are making now. I can see a future raise only if Gst eye up another acquisition that was extremely expensive, and right now I can't see them doing it, they've been extremely shrewd in their past acquisitions, Easysend will give us our next clue, will it be bought in cash, are the BoD hanging it out to pay for it in cash?
Once the Bake acquisition has completed, will we be earning significant amounts on that exchange to cover all future acquisitions?
Once Semnet has been listed on Nasdaq how much will that bring in?
Amazing prospects here, eye watering opportunities, and the most simple thing to do is hold and wait. When ii are buying at 3p, 4p, 5p you'll be feeling extremely smug about your investment here.
