Interview last week, Che Connon said leather news soon and news of sales. Should burn a few pseudo shorters when it comes.

"Coming months" is the official line

No mate, it's just the ghouls on twitter, traders and people who are basically thick. That's the world today sadly.

Once again, they're funded.

Remember the old adage, you don't need to talk down a bad share.

Therefore, it follows that the more someone tries to talk down a share, the better it actually is!

Best thing they could do is be quiet ;o)

I agree upomega, they are not 'properly' short selling this. I suspect what they mean is they sold on last weeks rise and are now trying to talk it down, ignoring all the positives, just to get back in lower. It's rife on small caps and is probably quite lucrative if it works. If you search #BSFA on twitter there are a couple of chancers who seem to be working together to do just this. These types aren't interested in fundamentals. It's a solid investment and I think we'll see more and more proper investors pushing it higher as the weeks go on.

You may be right hiblue, in that it may be a month or two until we see the showcase event. They actually say "in the coming months" and I'm sure they're already on to it, so I personally think it will be sooner than April/May. But there's plenty of other news to come in the meantime and I strongly suspect we'll be getting some 'surprise' news that will move us much higher in the meantime. But there's no way the market and media will be able to ignore the showcase fillet when it comes.

There's many strings to BSFA's bow in development as well as licensing deals and partnerships to be had. We moved from 10p to 19p in anticipation of the news last week. I expect we'll see the same as we build up to the next 'known' news of the showcase fillet. But we'll also see other news in the meantime that will give it a boost.

The days following a significant rise in the share price of any company these days sees a sell off as traders lock in profits. They're not bothered about fundamentals and as holders we just have to roll with the punches and keep faith in the reasons we bought in . The share price will steady in the coming days and then resume it's rise in anticipation of the next news that could come at any time.

If you've sold, or short, and think you know the timescales for buying back in/or closing, maybe while your money is busy elsewhere, don't get too comfy. BSFA has multiple channels, multiple, and news is due soon on ALL of them!! I expect the showcase fillet will be much sooner than most 'think', it will be as soon as the PR is sorted, which itself will be massive news! But by then we'll have also had news on sales partnerships, the leather, funding etc etc and all within the next few weeks. You only have to listen to the interviews and ask about to get the drift here. As I have done. Aimho, dyor, etc...

Celebrity Chef is the idea, maximum publicity. That's the limiting factor here. As soon as they're booked boom. And I hope the shorters are balls deep in it when it happens.

What makes you think April/May? Only takes 4 weeks to grow the fillet, could already be one nearly done.

I expect news on leather, the showcase fillet and sales over the next few weeks. The CEO pretty much said so in that interview for those that bother to listen. Obviously a few shorters about trying to create negativity and those wanting to buy as low as possible. Wouldn't want to be short when the next news lands. Likely see a decent bounce next week once traders are out, shorter wet themselves and scramble to buy back and the real money comes in.

News will get around in the next few days/weeks with more news due soon on leather, the showcase fillet and possibly sales, according to that vox interviews.

Yes funded until June at least, by which time they will have news on leather and the showcase fillet. So IF they then raise it will be at multiple of this price. They could also raise at a premium, or not raise at all. They could also have the product licensed, list in the US, get a loan, get a major investor, be bought out or most likely have a manufacturer/producer take a stake in lieu of rights to exclusive use of CityMix. But you conveniently ignore all those possibilities because, hmmm, I can't think why.
