Indeed. I know it may sound mad, but it's actually more attractive as a punt (even a long term investment) than it was before the last RNS, especially from this basement price. After all, it's not going bust now, the diamonds talk is getting more immediate and there's the distinct possibility of other good news. Worst case scenario you have to wait for the next spike, which will come because it's VAST. Aimho.

And where does David Ian Jones fit into all this, I assume he's still holding almost 5%.

And any one of these positive eventualities will light a fire under it from here.

I've just gone back and read the RNS. It's easy to get sucked into the end of world scenarios on here, but they don't half sound confident that the capital reorganisation and raise won't be necessary, at least not at this price and not in full. And it's because they (ahem) sound very confident the diamonds will be here very soon and the Swiss will invest big bucks into the company after a sale of platinum before the end of the month. Surely they can't get away with this ALL being lies, the nomad would have to sign it off. Interesting.

I'm guessing it'll be the biggest riser in AIM history if they do turn up. Can't be any trader on earth who hasn't got one eye on VAST for that RNS.

Look on the bright side. At least anyone buying today now knows their money won't be lost completely and paying off the loan will have it's own benefits. It's already priced to go bust. And of course the diamonds may still appear.
