Bell has made RRR very vulnerable going forward, almost by design.

Does anybody else think that he has done this on purpose? Maybe to let another entity or the placees to get access to the assets through the back door? Or maybe to negate the Glencore claim going forward by running RRR deliberately on the rocks?
