As far I I see it a mass dilution event is looming. The DRC is dead in the water as it is now come to light that 🔔🔚 hasn't even secured the judgement so it could be years away. Faso needs another 20+ 'child' diggers to get to break even. RRR running on fumes unable to pay the normal running costs plus 250k overdue and owed to POW. 7 million in debt with spiralling interest costs. Not looking good by any stretch of the imagination.

Anyways, let's not be misguided by Helpful🤡 into discussing other companies. His MO is obvious. This is the RRR board so let's discuss the up and coming next dilution?

Positive: New CEO needs to show his worth (will he use NTOG as his lifestyle asset?) but is hopefully a step in the right direction from Matt Lofgran who couldn't run a bath.

Negatives: 4 million debt and maybe other legacy debts left by Lofgran. New CEO placing at such a large discount is a big red flag. More placings needed. Or a partner. Or a takeover target. Lower oil prices due to Trump drill, drill, drill. Recession will mean lower oil prices. Large overhang of placing shares to be unloaded which will act as an anchor to the SP.

Watching for developments with interest.

Throwing @ 0.25p placing prediction out there to entice the unwary to invest would be classed as misleading information, given Helpful🤡 involvement in RRR. He has bviously been told so as he now claims he doesn't comment on placings.
