What happened to all the other money? Is this going to be used to pay Mellon's 15% bonus?

It's excruciatingly slow progress. One might think that the model was flawed in fact.

I have a feeling this week will be a damp squib. Whenever a CEO waits until the 11th hour to release news by a hard milestone date, you know they are in trouble and something is wrong.

A piddling 5K shares, but I plan to hold for 6 or 7 years, at which point I hope for £5 a share, even with the extra dilution that will be necessary along the way. Glad to have some interest in this now as I really believe this tech is the future.

...I could see this being worth £10billion in 8 years' time. Maybe there will be be 2 billion shares by then so could be worth £5. Why not? Could be THE growth sector soon, in a climate emergency and an ecological crisis.

Out of interest what are other people's speculative SP targets with a horizon of 3, 5, and 10 years? (if it still exists at that point)

...but genuinely worries me that I don't have a position. Even assuming this ends up with 2.5 billion shares in issue after subsequent raises, I see it being worth £5 a share within 7 or so years. Would be quite an ROI. My only worries - as always with such funds - is that it gets taken private, and/or is mismanaged, i.e. investee holdings sold at the wrong time. The annual 15% 'performance fee' for Mellon is also vexing, as it could lead to a lot of dilution just to pay wages? Either way, I would expect an SP of £5 by 2028 or so. Feels like a no-brainer. Not sure why I haven't pushed the buy button yet, even on a punt! Just wish I had a spare £20K....as that level of investment could be life changing here.

I believe it will be successful. I just want to try to gauge how many fund raises they will do. If it ends up with 5 billion plus shares the future upside will obviously be massively diminished.

Where will this be in 5 years' time? Especially with the Mellon performance fee, which will no doubt require share issuance. 2 billion or 3 billion shares long-term?

Just trying to wrap my head around how many shares in circulation this will end up with when warrants are exercised. Any insights?

Those of you expecting the captive bank and SH news in a bog standard pre-scheduled trading update should expect disappointment IMO. The board can't just advance plan news releases. If deals have been signed, they need to be RNS'ed. You can't withhold market sensitive stuff until it suits you.

...why do so many posters here not get it??? The London Stock Exchange listings have their SP's expressed in pennies. Current SP is a fraction of a penny; not 47p! It's either 0.47p or £0.0047. Educate yourselves.

Very poor show now. Obviously something going on beyond mere admin technicalities. I suspect it isn't even close to being relisted. These people guaranteeing 'news tomorrow' are just liars I'm afraid. You'd better hope there is good news before any relist. Otherwise this will tank imho.

Have you guys seen the new CGT hike proposals??? Talking about 40%!! It's ludicrous. If the Conservatives do that the stock exchange will get hammered. They obviously don't give a toss about retail investors. Seen as a soft target.
