Fantastic news that staff are promoting the app. Since the Brighton store opened I noticed that staff hadn't/didn't promote the app in-store and I wasn't sure if this was nationwide or just in the Brighton the problem laid. I had been communicating with Danielle Davies about this and carried out a smaller survey and shared it with Danielle to pass onto the board. I asked 200 16-25 year old's in Churchill Square a couple weeks back if they had been to the new Foot store, if they hadn't do they intend to or do they have no desire to visit. 71 had visited, 94 intended to visit the store and 35 stated no intention to visit the store. However, I went on to ask the 71 if they knew about the UNLCKD app and its benefits but only 4 said they knew about this. Hopefully a comms will go out to all store managers that they must promote the app in-store.
