The free shares floating around is tiny. Of course JD will pay a premium to secure a 29.9% interest. JD would rather pay 1/2 million extra for shares than risk not getting the maximum share % without having to put in a takeover bid in. If FOOT start taking serious business off JD then buying 29.9% is a simple hedge which in the long run will save millions more. Also it allows them to ever put in a takeover bid with relative ease if they decide they need to takeover foot.

I agree. Not trying to scare people, if you're happy to hold mid term it will come good but just don't think it'll do another 100% any time soon and is more likely to drift. Anyways I'm not invested and really don't care all that much as it doesn't affect me. Have a good weekend all.

Traded this yesterday like most (sold way to early at 8p from sub 5p) but this was bound to bounce but honestly think it will fall back to the 5p level. Exact same thing happened in IMM. Believe it will come good but just be wary all.

The market is too cautious now though. If the price inflated in-line with results then placings can occur into a rise. I agree this should be 20p raise at 16p and on to mid 20's when next drill is ongoing. Anyways it will all come good I'm sure

Patience is going to pay. 225mil Mcap in 18 months. Will probably have 60mil extra shares sloshing about but the SP will be a damn lot higher. 40p first slice, 60p second and 75p for final. Happy days! The next rig will be quicker and have less problems. JB clearly wasnt happy with how long it took so will be sourcing a new better rig then 105/106/107/108 will be cheaper as rig on site.
