Fuel costs have no relevance. This is not absorbed but is just passed on the the pax.... and the pax are paying it. Flights everywhere are stuffed.
..... No more need be said.
A quid is just laughable.
... What have Qatar Airways got to say about this ridiculous performance with a 25% holding? What's Al Baker got to say?
No one who has bought this since November 2020 is in profit. Anyone who bought prior to this could have sold only weeks ago for a quid more. Interesting to know who is selling now...... talk about utter manipulation.

For god's sake - just give them the money back that they are due. BA should be damn grateful they are not requesting another 10% on top like the rail workers. I am not surprised- check in staff will be seeing first hand how packed flights are now and how business is booming and thinking WTF?
Drop for zero reason, again. Inflation is 9% in May... so what? This is not new news, we already know it will be 11% later. Move on... NEXt.....
It was 194p 12 months ago.... severe global restrictions in place, testing before arrival to UK and day 2 [f you could get anywhere]. USA shut, all longhaul shut. Only Madeira and Iceland realistically green on the traffic light system.... What an absolute shower of manipulated 5h1te.
.. This has been removed with immediate effect. Clearly they are confident. So how are we just stuck at lockdown levels here?

-25p ... -10% ? That's got nothing to do with a small amount of school runs not being operated.
.... this warrants a -10p drop? Seriously???
I am in Mallorca airport now. Flight out last week was packed. You want to come here tomorrow? Its 600 quid one way in economy, 800 quid business, and you still have to get back!! How on earth is the share price stuck at worse than lockdown levels? To say I'm rather p'd off is an understatement.
I'd love to top up.... but just look at the chart year to date - there is just no positivity here whatsoever, just continually dropping like a stone since Jan. Is there any positivity out there at all re this? Or how low this is likely to go?
Rockfire Resources PLC (LSE:ROCK) 0.49p, Mkt Cap £5m – Re-analysis of historic core from Molaoi zinc project detects germanium
Rockfire Resources reports that analysis of historic drill core from the Molaoi zinc project in Greece has shown the presence of the metal germanium which is classified by the European Commission as ‘critical’,.
The company says that the “weighted average grade of the 51 samples collected during the reanalysis of core from Molaoi is 51 grams per tonne (g/t) Ge, with a peak value of 197 g/t Ge. 41% of samples returned germanium values above 50 g/t Ge”.
Germanium is used “in the manufacture of everyday technology including mobile phones, electronics, solar cells, camera lenses, satellites, computer screens, as well as steering and parking sensors for vehicles. Germanium is also used in numerous military applications including weapons-sighters (scopes) and infrared night vision”.
Rockfire Resources is currently “working towards a maiden mineral resource estimate for Molaoi, however germanium will not be included in this initial JORC resource estimate, due to the absence of germanium analysis in the historical data”.
CEO, David Price, explained that “Our geologists elected to include the analysis for germanium based on a geological paper written in 2012, which suggested that Molaoi might be prospective for germanium. It has now been confirmed that germanium is present at Molaoi and at potentially commercial grades. The economics and recovery of the germanium is yet to be determined, however the grades returned from the laboratory in our resampling indicate potential for valuable additional metals to be recovered in any future concentrate from Molaoi”.
Mr. Price confirmed the company is continuing work to secure permits for “inaugural drilling in Greece”.
140p in 2 months??... more like 200p++ by Q2 results minimum. Planes are full. demand is strong, most routes of interest are now open, many without restrictions unlike Q1, fares and revenues are reasonably high, if not then inventory control is incompetent and need sorted out. You want to go to Barbados [a very popular example] mid November in Premium Economy? Just look at what people are paying... £3114 rtn . The current price of fuel is one issue, yes, but YQ charges are being raised and still people pay it. The rest of the year will be looking very strong indeed. You will be wanting to get in at these current levels.
That's all I need to know!!!!!...... Going balls deep.

This time last year was the start of the rise from 32 to 60 in April.... LET'S DO IT AGAIN!!!!!!!
