The capex for the factory is already funded. Funding working capital wouldn’t necessarily need a share issue, it could be funded from a multitude of other sources such as their recent raise, bank facilities or even customer advance payments. Clearly funding the growth could be a risk. Hopefully they provide some insight in a future trading update.

The cash positive comment and reference to licensing shows a focus on ensuring that capital is used wisely and i suspect means no further capital required. The £20m market cap is grossly below where it should be, even if just 20MW is sold, a target i suspect will be smashed this year!

Who sold 3.7m shares - surely that's notifiable through a TR1

The Company has to issue a TR1 as soon as a threshold is crossed ie 3%, 5% - their NOMAD/Broker will be monitoring. These are normally issued at any time but they could wait until 7am.
In any event, Shell / BA have until the 30/6 to exercise their options for a shareholding in the subsidiary company - this will trigger an RNS.

50% increase in EPS - Should see some movement in proce today.

Shell and BA have until 30th June to pay their money which will trigger a further RNS. So hopefully further news in the next 3 weeks which will undoubtedly push the price further.
