As an ex AIM CFO I recall how difficult it is to get your full year and interim settlements approved by the auditors and the NOMAD, they pour cold water over everything... Its about orders, more orders.... patience is required here. RR will have less cold water to deal with with orders and trading updates.

It doesn't make sense, i guess people are worried about 1. defaults, 2. ability to lend further with current covenants and 3. equity raise. The FCA thing is an industry wide issue. concerns about 1 should be eased with July collections number and for 2 and 3 we need some good news on covenant negotiations. The other option is someone with deep pockets takes it out ie offer. Worth holding on, although the HSBC sell off is curious?

Its a huge market, if VDTK only get 50mw (which is tiny) their PAT should be £13m which at a 17 x PE (very low for AIM) they would have a share price in excess 75p based on my calculations. It's all about the orders! They didn't really start shipping until H2, so do not expect anything spectacular in from a P&L perspective in 2020, 2021 however a different story if the 15 strong sales team keep booking orders... 1.5MW is significant, and the potential follow on could be even more material. With 15 people on the ground we should surely start seeing orders on a frequent basis.

So its asset value is greater than its market value, its not soaking up cash, has a strong order book and further prospects.

Sounds crazy, but is been done before, look at ARM. This could be big!
My guess is they will smash the 20MW and get to 50MW quickly.
If you read the RNS it talks about licencing the technology = no new factories required...... very smart and non dilutive!
