281 with a m/cap of 5.43b according to Google finance and I.t.m power share is 2.93 with a m/cap of 1.4b why is this? Does anyone know

When it goes up you talk it down and when it goes down you seem to want it to go up?

My question is who pays for the tests? N.p.h sell them the cheapest one is 100 quid and the most expensive one is 200 quid, so say I need a test to get in somewhere and pay for a family of four to have it done thats a lot of money that could need doing again the following week to prove that your covid free. Please enlighten me if I'm mistaken.
