The deal is dependent on numerous factors aligning then will be completed on 31st of October... which I'm guessing is when they hand the cash over?? Why raise now???

The deal doesn't actually go through till October if I've read correctly, and the placing doesn't take effect until the 30th of August. Should if let the market absorb the news of the ewt... and not issue the placing on the very same minute as the ewt I also noticed that they don't tell us when the ewt was completed so I think they held it back until the placing was sorted god knows why.... but I do smell a rat.

Dysmons.... brilliant to hear that a good ewt puts a much much much valuation on the asset.

And it will be easier to raise money for the next drill and at a much much higher price than today.

Maybe you can email lorna and tell her as she has just crashed the sp for a much much much lower amount than if she had waited.
