I believe so. Issuance of permits on time is a problem recognised in all industries from manufacturing to oil and gas companies in Slovenia. Not that I am defending CH but I can not see what he could have done any different in that area if other businesses go through the same pain. And since permits are key I think we will probably wait bit longer before we start making any money. For those get rich quick I guess move on if you can find another company with no debt and so much potential.
