Working in the ME banking £40-50K or working for the NHS?
Personally, I am tempted to return to the ME. (a) I miss the sunshine. (b) I miss the work life balance. (c) I reckon I could make the tax free money work for me.
It's chilly tonight so I've poured myself some Glenflivet Founder's Reserve. It pleasant enough... Won't buy it again. It's going to be an icey cold winter. Hope I'm not snowed in again.
Yes, it is, DT. I live in the middle of nowhere miles from the nearest shop. If I opened the windows tonight, they'd be blown away. It is absolutely torrential tonight. Pouring myself an Ardbeg and heading for sleepville. Slainte and enjoy!
Me too! I sometimes leave the window ajar to listen to the wind. While under a mountain of blankets. The walls of my house are made of solid stone and I'm living on the side of a mountain.
"...ya go with the flow not reality and if a trade deal is struck then alls ok again or so the markets will have you believe itll fly up next week taking glencore with it ...so go with the flow before its crashed down again with some other ********"
You ramping GLEN again, Billy! I thought you said GLEN was heading south because, for example, shakey global outlook, highest stock market reached, major mine mothballed.
