Potter25 Yes Aerial is how it's spelt! :) I agree with much of what you say really, but I won't be supporting an Action because (as I mentioned earlier) I understand Edenville's need to continue to invest further as part of the process looking/moving forward as and when required. I will be very impressed if you succeed, as I've seen many disgruntled groups of investors on AIM over the years and honestly can't ever remember one actually forcing an EGM although I'm sure there must have been some. I would add that I do think we have undoubtedly been misled with false hope, and really am surprised about that. I only hope it was something that RS assumed was about to happen that didn't!?..... I can't see the need to lie, and don't think that was the case. The jury's out

I've been on every meeting EGM and AGM for Edenvile KIBO and other for many years, when virtually no one else could be bothered, but no more. On this occasion I think attempting to forcing an EGM is a fruitless task. Also doubt it will happen imho

SB1 I personally (like some others here) appear to agree that an EGM is necessarily a good idea, or will actually achieve anything. I also doubt it will happen.... I'm not happy with the price, or the quiet mans communications skills, but do understand Edenville's need to continue to invest further as part of the process looking/moving forward as and when required. Yes my % is good, as is my wife's, my children's and my grandchildren's ;)

Bannor I did post similar @ 08:11 today, but said proxy when it should have been nominee. As investors that attemd AGM's EGM's will know, if you wish to vote you have to prove you right to vote.
