In keeping with the Directors' enhanced communications plan, the Company intends to
hold another shareholder event on 30 October 2018. Details will be announced nearer

Following Admission, Barclays' beneficial ownership of Ordinary Shares
will equate to approximately 27.9 per cent. of the issued share capital of
the Company.
