Yes you are correct, a slight rise after consolidation and the rest is history!

On Monday 23rd Jan 2017 the SP hit the dizzy heights of 1.05p BUT with a
considerable Spread our shares were only ever actually worth 0.88 (as I recall)....

I'm not sure if it's possible to catch the mm's out because of the safeguards in place, one of which is Price Monitoring which takes place continuously during the regular trading day, so sudden or unexpected movements will trigger a Price Monitoring Extension (or consecutive PME's) allowing mm's to review a situation and if appropriate add, delete or amend orders/the order book or take control of any market situation (usually HF),.....but I could be wrong!...

The problem with further/another consideration imho is that although it doesn't alter the MCap it makes the share price look artificially better, and allows the SP room to drop further without (at a glance) appearing to look that bad,....if you know what I mean. From memory our last consolidation was 20/1 and (although not the only cause) we have never gained ground from that day to this, and with the addition of a couple of placings....

Do you mean buy back to re-absorb ownership? and why would they need/want to Consolidate again?

I know it's not always possible, but it would be nice to have a definitively clear statement from the company as to exactly where we are, and where we're going in the near term AND with some 'clear figures' AND even let us know who the contracts are with,.....ALL if they REALLY want to help the SP, but feel they are basing everything on a totally different timeline to those invested.

at this stage we shouldn't still be on our knees imo

Yes you're right, but 'not sold' in the true sense of the word ever. As you know I did flip/traded-up some EDL shares in an attempt to lower my average and sold some of those to buy into Kibo, but no money for these two shares has ever left my account (to date) and I have more share now than I started with :)
