Shareholders can be a hindrance for companies once they have served their
initial purpose. It's the Institutional's that will really take a company forward imo..

It's not proven across the market? and imo as I said and the reasons, it's absolute rubbish. Short term hike at best, and I've seen it and debated it many times over very many years. Seeing what has happened in Tanzania recently, it's very clear that much of the state of the SP is beyond anyone's control. Look at Kibo down 75%!

I think Rufus does care, and everyone is forgetting that the bod stand to
make a fortune with thier Opinions etc, that will only be achieved with a
successful SP. Considering that, why would anyone choose wages?....

I agree with much of what has been said, but most of it ain't going to happen, especially when only 10 or 12 individuals turn up to the AGM. I'm sure there are massive savings to be made, but by the same token I wouldn't want a CEO running the company that earns £30k a year.

The market will decide when and if value is achieved, and imho it's absolute rubbish about company bods buying/holding visible shares, it nice but adds nothing. If anyone really believes that Rufus, Jeff or their family's and friends, neighbours and the man at the corner shop don't already have, or don't have orders in the market then they don't understand human nature. The alternative is not to expand and continue at a snails pace going nowhere, and achieve nothing. How do you add value without expansion?, and why would you continue to trade if not to grow and make a success of your company?

I invested into what I believed was going to be a CPP. So possibly the current advantage 'to that end' is that we have a working coal mine, and have the ear of the mem. If nothing else Edenville are growing the asset.

With or without a Tender we have a company unlike many that will collapse if they are not successful with their bid.

I think I'm right in saying (from RS's comment at the AGM) that a great deal has been achieved
on around £11 million. We live in hope of achieving a SP that justifies our personal investments.

The initial part of the Lind $750,000 loan is to be provided 'IMMEDIATELY'

For:
The purchase of a second loader to load the pre-screen plant and coal delivery trucks
The purchase of a second excavator to open up the new mining area to the north of the current excavations;
The provision of further on-site trucks;
Site lighting to allow 24 hour per day operation;
An additional spares package for the site plant and equipment to reduce any delays in production; and
For general working capital purposes as the Company fulfils existing and new coal purchase orders.

All that remain were affected by the ruination of Proxama, and guess most would agree that
very much HAS changed. Although not yet the Phoenix,..we are currently in a condition that
was inconceivable 18 months ago. aimho

Because there was a vote to seek shareholders authority for the consolidation
and incentive plan, I'm surprised we haven't had a RNS notifying the outcome.

If consolidated at the current SP (0.0255) with 20,983,343,705 shares in issue @ 0.0255 we would end up with 209,843,437.05 shares in issue @ 2.55p

We will have 209,843,437.05 after consolidation anyway, that's assuming they don't add some as part of the new management incentive plan?...

We have the September Interim Results RNS and the recent Interview that both give an indication. I would take from them that the company are making a profit, but possibly not yet 'in profit' as a consequence of the current revenue stream. We do/did have quite a bit in the bank. aimho
