Perhaps if/when we win the Tender, that registration will be considered foresight? I think I posted a Bloomberg article here a couple of months ago about the extremely high price and the apparent drastic shortage of coal in South Africa. Even Kibo are moving evermore south in Africa with their new operations Mozambique and Botswana. Seems that an opportunity has been identified!...
