Considering that Tanesco are a state owned parastatal organisation wholly owned by the government of Tanzania AND that this is a formal request from them imo everything else should be pretty much a given!?...

Apparently you should have been notified automatically by email of any/all AGM's by ii

I have had a reply from Stephania saying she hopes the nominee is able to provide a letter in time, either way you are of course welcome to attend, this will only effect your voting rights.

As previously mentioned I would be voting with the bod, so hopefully they're not short of voting rights to get their motions passed...

I have been on this board long enough to know all the same facts as everybody else, and possibly more than most.

You will rarely see me challenge anyone's opinion (even if they change their mind) if honest and factual.

If you haven't already, you need to login to ii portfolio/voting mailbox and subscribe to the 'Voting & Information Service'

Sadly it's almost too late to receive the required documentation to allow me to vote as I have only just subscribed and have emailed Stephania Echeverry regarding the late request.

Sometimes arriving and saying your shares are in a nominee account is good enough. If I don't get the proof in time I will still attend, but won't be able to vote.

I would only be voting WITH the board so no big deal I feel..
