The AGM was really a formality as all the resolutions were passed by proxy. Investor wise, there were about 10 of us.

The IEE was over the road on the roof garden of the Location Science Office. Whoever said this building was a cheap relocation needs to get a life. 20 Westbourne Terrace is an Extremely nice Ultra modern office complex, ideal for this young up and coming company.

The IEE was a Presentation/Explanation of the product(s), with lots of wine and canapés.

A very nice bunch of quite normal bright engaging (young) people, with a clear love and enthusiasm for what they are doing. These guys imo are on a mission, and although still developing this market, they have clear aims and aspirations. Quite refreshing.

They could have folded Proxama and started afresh, and from what I gather that really would have been the easy way out. The reason they didn't fold was because they didn't think it ethical and something to do with loyalty to investors, possibly someone in particular, but I can't remember exactly what was said as there were a few overlapping conversations going on.

All resolutions passed on the day and the proxy votes were in excess of (I think) 99% in favour.

a maintained rise, the placing details/figures could/should be adjusted and updated in favour of the company subject to the situation/sp closer to the time, thus helping to prevent a retrace of any increases made in the interim and making the placing more viable as for the invested (as opposed to day traders) the funds raised are paramount.

Likewise with one of mine, but wasn't really a surprise. Gone nicely into profit after a rebuild from a virtual total crash. A good day that many thought would never come!! An exciting stock :))

determination and bind faith, I hope that I am one of many that has gone (or will be going into) profit as an investor that endured heavy losses due to the proxama debacle.
