My order went through at 09:38 for 0.80 on fill-or-kill as I could get that price at market.

As JohnZ said you didn't lose because of the consolidation as the value of your investment remained the same. If you lost it was because the share price went down.

Seems even the self-righteous Norrab1 doesn't understand the elementary principle of the consolidation of shares lol

Not quite the average I was hoping for as couldn't buy under 0.80 with 5 failed fill or kill attempt from 0.775, BUT 2.86p is far far better, and I will have another try later to reduce it even more !!

Absolutely spot on mate, and we both have had recent experience of a
share going up, and strengthening considerably after consolidation at LSAI !!

I genuinely have no answer, but as I said earlier my personal conclusion is that in this case 'consolidation' means the integration/amalgamation of the Lind shares. It might mean nothing of the kind?.

What I would say is I've never had a problem with consolidations, and have been party to a few. Most recently LSAI who were voted the best share on AIM in March this year definitely benefited from their contribution..

Like mikemike -75% or 99.9% makes no real difference if the company comes good,..... especially if your average is 1.4/2p An enviable position I feel, and soon to be closely replaced!!

I've averaged down many times over my trading life (circa 37 years), and thus far it has worked out pretty well for me :))

Most recently SXX, and the most exciting share this year LSAI which everyone said was finished in 2018, yet was voted the best share on AIM in March 2019.

No point in being negative if you believe in your investment, just sell up and move on !!

Never forgetting that shares go up and down !!

It is Extremely ambiguous, and you could well be right. Only time will tell the actual meaning.

mikemike 2p/1.4p is (imho) is an excellent position to be in. I've been working extremely hard elsewhere chasing averages in order of urgency, now I'm finally focused on Kibo, and 'for me' at last I'm staring down the barrel of a MUCH more realistic average :)

I'm also hoping to finally reduce my average tomorrow to 2.57 or better subject to the market.
