It was a genuine question, I have no idea how long you have been here?, but thought if you had been here for any amount of time you would be aware of the answer to at least one of your questions.

I agree with much of what you say, but my question wasn't how much trust can the BoD expect given where we are...

I am not ecstatic about being locked-in pretty much for 9 years, but have always understood the process for AIM start-ups as I have invested in AIM since it's inception, and consequently now better understand (imho) what Edenville has achieved in-light of everything and against the odds.

I am ever hopeful, and have little doubt that my capital investment (with my recently halved average) here will be exceeded!

I thought you had been here for sometime? Why would a company developing a colossal CPP project even consider selling their mining rights. I don't understand your post if you are fully aware of the facts as available to shareholders, and the order of events? In any case my question is about what is the case, not what might have been.

Edenville were developing the RCPP having identified 173mt of coal and then successfully over many years completed all the required processes in pursuit of the RCPP. They were awarded live on national tv their full Mining licence for the RCPP. Without warning some years later the TGove/MEM nullified every single Tender within the mining sector in Tanzania ending the company's project there and then. If it was not for the company's foresight in building the coal mine etc etc.

Kibo RNS'd this today, which applies to all Tanzanian companies that Tenders nullified:

"The recent setbacks in Tanzania, driven by unexpected policy changes by the Government of Tanzania ("GoT") temporarily impacted negatively on the Company's ability to progress the project in the desired manner, and could not have been foreseen or expected by Kibo"

In Kibo's case 'temporarily' as they have been invited to continue with their MCPP.

I asked the question about other options selling etc in some detail at the 2018 AGM when others from this bb were present. The answer is in my history.

The point is that Edenville were proactive in building the coal mine unlike any other Tanzanian miner to 'the company's understanding' (from previous decision).

My question is about where we are.

Edenville could not under any circumstances become Cash Flow Positive without the Rukwa Coal Mine. To become Cash Flow Positive you have to have Income. Edenville only have Income because of the bods foresight to build the Coal Mine.

I think Rufus has always aired way on the side of caution, with the exception of one notable RNS where I think what he genuinely believed would happen didn't. I'm not sure that anyone would suggest that RS or anyone within the company has actually told any lies!?... If so I really would like to hear them!!

There are severe difficulties with timelines and everything else for foreign companies working in hostile third world environments and with a governments with the 'African Mentality' that works against true development in Africa.
