I don't see any sensitivity? Why would it be a secret?? in fact I think if we are involved the market should know and the country should be informed that the government are getting on with it asap.

There were no Price Monitoring Extensions because yesterday's trading was within the percentage price threshold, so did not get triggered.

Price monitoring extensions occur off of the back of an auction, which take place at different times during the trading day:

08:00 (Opening Auction; SETS)
09:00 (First Intra-Day Auction; SETSqx)
11:00 (Second Intra-Day Auction; SETSqx)
12:02 (Intra-day Auction; SETS)
14:00 (Third Intra-Day Auction; SETSqx)
16:35 (Closing Auction; SETS & SETSqx)

Today's activity could well be based on the Apple-Google snub?, with Investors looking to catch a ride with the "Leading Location Verification Data Company" OR there could be news incoming, in which case things are not as watertight as one would expect/have hoped...

In HappyRobs The Register link it states: The NHS has been keen to stress that it will protect people’s privacy despite effectively granting itself real-time location tracking... with the emphasis on "REAL-TIME LOCATION TRACKING"..

I don't know for sure but guess, at least in the UK (which we are talking about) LSAI would be considered pre-eminent in this field, and possibly the only choice!?...
