It mentions CMEC (one of the potential partners) building a rail road from the Tete Province to the deep sea port in the coast to transport coal to neighbouring countries etc. Just so happens that CMEC are also involved in building the NCCL / GE power project. Talk about compounding value and concurrent activity. Can almost imagine what was said in the meeting. "Hey whilst we are building this power plant with NCCL and GE and already have a workforce and equipment in the region let's also build this railroad so we can transport and sell the 4 billion tonne resource." Two birds one stone. It's on, very much on.

Yes the workshops went well, not heard about AFC but considering they have a large stake in here it is in their best interest that the SP does well so don't forsee a problem there. Moz government I imagine are very much on board given their recent whitepaper. News imminent I imagine. Are you on twitter TTP? Can discuss more there.

Well.....that's got to have been holding us back. Glad to get it out the way. Onwards and upwards now when news hits. Workshops have started if not complete already! Early August done, come on NEL team release the beast.

We will get news before September that's a defo. The shareholder loan restructure will be confirned and also since the workshop has been completed we should hear back from that. Remember it was early August for the workshop so completed by now.

Agree but it's been 9 months since initial NBO and within that time lots has been happening concurrently in terms of the deal and the various aspects, this final workshop to me signified the crossing of the T's and dotting of the I's. Basically the official agreement and fine polishing by all parties. Majority of the work already been completed.

Lindon that's a good post and I agree with all of it with only one exception. I believe we will hear back from the workshops sooner than September. If the workshops were early August then it is fair to assume they have now happened and we should hear back shortly. Like Hanno said August is going to be a busy month. GL all and not long to go now.
