Nice big liquid company so would be easy to sell if they ever wished. Happy with that. To be honest I think factom is the Biggie here. Still waiting for the 30 odd names currently under NDA. I means with KDP+ building a plug in for factom that means big big things. When does a big company ever spend money and accommodate a start up UNLESS they are either a) being forced to. Or b) sense mad competition so need to try and work together or risk being left out to dry. Oh oh oh am I forgetting vemo/intensity/yooya. Damn this has some.bloody potential.

So the initial seed money FFWD paid for NUU was £3m at $0.9 a share? On the back of this recent RNS and proposed buyout we are recieving $1 per share AND a stake in a multi billion dollar company. Sooooo essentially we are getting the stake money back and free riding in a massive liquid monster cannabis company. Completely de-risked. Nice nice

All that's needed here. At around a £5m MCAP it's ridiculous for the assets. Even a sturec sale for a lowball offer of £10m (which is highly likely) will mean a bag. Then add to that a potential JORC open pit gold mine at Akyanga of in excess of 2moz (but VC thinks more likely 5-10moz) then the upside is staggering.
