"Can’t wait for these to open up 50% when they come out of suspension in April"
I'll be waiting... no doubt you'll disappear when this doesn't happen.
We can read the news ourselves, no need for you to copy and paste it.
Lol, probably all the volume they could get.
Sold 456 shares at GBP 4.6920
So looks like the ADR is probably a decent measure of current sentiment/value in the absence of anything else.
why would they be the "winner"? they just sold to cover their exposure..
it would be great if they went back up to 40 quid without shetty... :)
Then why is it taking him weeks to figure this out? He alone could have signed off on the pledge of shares and so why is he acting so innocent claiming he doesn't know the legal basis on which they were sold and he only found out via a plain sheet of paper with transactions on it?!
does it matter? he won't need it in prison...
...is still acting like he has no idea why his shares were sold... I have a hard time believing he is so innocent... either he pledged them and they were sold as "enforcement of security" (which the latest RNS makes no mention of), or he intentionally has flogged them as he knew his time was up...
either way, this would explain the huge volatility in February.

“start trading again (which is guaranteed)”
Guaranteed? By who?
Even if real, That was the “point in time” cash ... what happened after that only the fraudsters know...
Blessing? Really? There’s plenty of other “real” companies who’ve been indiscriminately hit and are now bargains. You’d surely rather be in them than this? And we don’t know if it’s “temporary” yet...
“ Buttis secretly selling 240,000 on the day before suspension at around £9”
Was hardly “secret” - we were already told that they were sold as “enforcement of security”...
$6.50 now (500p equivalent) on 4x usual volume... still wouldn’t read too much into it, but an interesting data point nevertheless.?
Money and greed does crazy thing to people...
Same reason everyone else bought in? That this was ok operationally and only a governance/leverage issue...
Yeah, he owns the DAMAC group, my younger brother studied with Amira, his daughter.
Freeh, and all the other advisors, likely would have billed upfront given the situation here.
They only spent $3m of the share buyback ... so that should still be available, if ofcourse it was there in the first place...
