Dilution - My thoughts11 Jan 2024 22:09
Kevers Β£150 million is clearly rubbish, Β£120 million needed is true ( Conservative round numbers ) but watching and following PANR for a time now, especially the Podcast recently.. I would suggest watching it ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zpskxq29TtE ) The PANR outlook is to mitigate shareholder dilution, it will happen! and dilution will happen! But at the point of being fully funded, where does the 10% 20% 30% or more dilution go..... straight back or above the dilution point. My thoughts anyone wanting a quick buck this is not for you. Others looking at a long-time-weighted return should probably be snaffling this up now. But as many others have said in the past "When it moves it really moves" so weigh up your thoughts and decide now or later or no. Either way I'm not fussed but some of the rubbish on here is funny. Looking at you Kever, if you feel the need to advise everyone then point people to some reference points. I'm no expert, but I have taken the time to listen to balanced arguments and thoughts and I have come to my own conclusions.
I will add I appreciate a lot of people bought t Β£1.20+I was one of them. πNothing has really changed Geologically,OIP... if anything it has got far better! I don't know what to say to that, other than I'm happy in my position and always have been funding now is my biggest concern. I really enjoy what all the long-term holders added and add to this conversation. I feel too many negative voices are drowning out the quality input put in by knowledgeable long-term investors. I am going to say that I won't be giving them time on any platform anymore and I welcome input from everyone in a constructive way if it's not fleshed out then I won't be listening. ( You know who you are )
Wish you all well. Adz π·(Red wine) Emoji for that one. xX am also surprised no one is talking about the pressure bomb retracted from the well last month.

"Data from the pressure bomb will allow #PANR to better understand reservoir parameters including reservoir pressure. Reservoir fluid samples were previously sent to GeoMark and they are conducting PVT analysis"
