It is great that this was a significant discovery. With Cambozola so close behind it makes for an interesting period.

Deepsea Stavanger has not moved yet. However supply ship Havila Charisma is along side providing the restock for the next drill so shouldn't be long I'd think. If they move tomorrow there will probably be a spud rns on the Thursday morning for them to also discuss.

Zak said end of month for 22p (or was it next month). However last time when he said it was heading to 14p it came a lot quicker than he forecast.

Zphr working towards production at the site with money from the latest fund raise. Waiting on timescales and future drilling plans. That is what (imo) will get the SP really moving along.

I've just been reading that. They have an excellent discovery and license there. And like PRD the gas is just one part of the company. They also have multiple branches in other areas.

I believe the second part of this year is going to be immense.
I'm not sure about takeover but something going on behind the scenes. And all this time now collecting large income from the non-op portfolio. Was wondering how long before Q1 results will be issued... end of April?

I tend to agree with the comments. Wish I'd left feedback on the presentation at the time but just cut it off in disgust.

Serinus have some really good stuff and I will post about that at some point but a lot of frustration at the moment.

The presentation was mediocre at best and the Q&A just plain patronising. They would have been better off doing a proactive interview where they tell them what questions they want asking as they really don't want to confront shareholders.

I still hold based on what is coming in Q2 and H2. But will evaluate after that.

It is a small raise so not significant dilution. However, does not just cover Morocco but all the business.

The Moroccan side of things PRD have proven the intent to proceed. They have confidentiality agreements with other interested parties so by setting things up ready (rig, pads, equipment) someone is more likely to have a swing at 'hitting the ball out of the park' (ie future funding)

I couldn't find it last night but I did have another company in mind from when I re-read all the RNS recently. Finally found it and it wasn't the operator Whiting. My thought was "Purified Resource Partners LLC" as ZPHR already have substantial involvement with them.
Now if it is not them directly I am sure they open up many other doors to ZPHR with regards development of the Paradox .WSU and investment opportunities.

· JV Partnership: The Company is excited to announce the formation of a JV with Purified for the identification and execution of additional non-operated acquisitions. Purified's principals have substantial experience in the Williston Basin, a basin in which they previously helped assemble and close over $70 million of non-operated asset acquisitions and associated CAPEX for a private equity-backed vehicle. More recently, Purified assisted and/or co-invested in all four Williston acquisitions that Zephyr has closed this year, and their team will have the right to continue to co-invest up to 20% in future transactions. The newly formed JV provides Zephyr with significant land and business development expertise directly in Zephyr's geographic region of focus.

When I read the RNS this morning (slightly blurry eyed) I did indeed read the line "The Company has appointed Peterhouse Capital Ltd. as Financial Advisor." and thought that to be interesting (and timely) based on some of the previous discussions and comments on here. It did however completely pass my mind with the sheer amount of information given.
So thank you GRH for highlighting this to investors and providing the background and indeed significance of such an appointment to PRD.
