Cromer, Dollars? are you American or have you just been reading American websites? I think you need to consider how share valuation works.
A share price can be determined by lots of different factors. For example, how much turnover/profit a company produces and also how much scope in the future the company has to increase these figures.
Case in point NYCY MC of 25m share price of 17p on anticipation of future contracts after it landed a 3M deal, share price maxed out at £12.56 around September 2020
RR 83p on anticipation of new business model and products, currently this is just under £8
So you are just talking rubbish and I don't really think you understand how shares are priced.
