Until next year when there will be some other issue that stops the rollout and they need another 25m one last time. When does it end?

AFC does not feel like anything special anymore. If they had something amazing, there is no way they would have placed at 10p at this stage.

They will just drag this out now until it goes bust, false promises. How much money have they spent so far? 500M something like that and they are still in R & D mode.

Clued, if what they are telling us is true, then this will of course do well.

But placing at 10p so soon, tells me these products are getting much future interest.

Or it might be 5p JW is loosing credibility in my mind.

It always feels like this time is different.

Tuesday will be interesting. But it does feel like every time we get close and think this is the time, something comes up.

This time last year we was told this is it year of delivery and one year later it feels like we are back to R & D stage.

Construction, AFC are starting to feel like a doomed company.

I get the feeling you feel fed up and let down like me. Placing at this stage is so desperate and just confirms to me, that AFC can only make money through ripping of shareholders.

My problem with this is, if the cracker and generators are that great comically, why haven’t AFC been able to work with companies to forward fund their products.

Are AFC going to waste all this money again now on testing and development?

A strange place. I feel AFC are now in a strong position and if it’s true what they have told us then we should be ok.

But this placing at 10p feels desperate to me and it feels like longer term investors have been chucked under the bus yet again.

Surly AFC could have got some deals first and some revenue to bolster the price. I’m surprised JW didn’t do something like this first, rather than just press the money button and dilute this further.

We all know that getting to 20p is going to take years now.

I disagree regarding writing them a letter. TBH I’m in two minds about Bond, on the one hand AFC would have collapsed without him. But he clearly lied and clearly conned a lot of people.

I bought into AFC based on what he was saying. I understand CEOs needs to be optimistic, but he really lied.

I think AFC should be aware that people are really fed up of this constant it’s just around the corner and all the old holders being pushed out.

If you have bought at 10p today, life is good you will double your money soon.

But there’s a lot of people here, that have wasted years and are in over 60-70p

I totally get this is AIM and risky. But you should be told the truth so you know the risks and can decide.

Look at this time last year, the order book, come on that’s borderline fraudulent.

But they got away with it, due to pausing the rollout.

Now was this the plan all along, lie about the order book and get out of it by saying we are pausing.

I hoped JW was different, but I’m starting to wonder if him and Bond are working together.

I thought it would have been January after news of 10000 gen orders and 25 cracker deals when this was trading at 40p or something.

The fact the money has ran out so quickly and they raised at 10p plus the results were so bad was shocking.

And it looks like the shorters and MMs all knew which is concerning.

But I will be emailing AFC to say old investors have been shafted now for years, so start showing results now, or just let this company end.

People are truly fed up of jam tomorrow now.

So they have got almost 30M this should keep them going until the end of 2026 and if they still haven’t started having 100s Million in revenue, they never will.

They have around 30m now and will have profit in 2026 plus partners developing stuff.

How corrupt the system is. MMs knew what was going on and is why the price dropped 17% before news broke.

Anyway it’s done now. Money in the bank and partners on board, plus directors have put their hands in there pockets big time.

No excuses now, next year they should be producing so serious money.

They have just confirmed that the cash runway is now 2 years. Expect this to be 50p later this year.

I think the funding is what has been holding this back.

Bad news out of the way, let’s hope everything is in place and now we can start moving.

It gives them 2 years and gets funding question finished.

It seems they have had no choice but to announce this now.

They basically had 3 months max left.

Very disappointing, I hoped next year would be when they decided to fund raise and it would be on the back of massive sales and would be a gear up process.
