I clearly said 500K worth of shares not 500K of shares

Even noticed the increased short last week 20% on the 3rd.

First of all you don't buy shares when shorting and not everyone can short you require a shortening account that is effectively backed up with equity then you use a broker and the broker passes you those shares for a unlimited amount of time with fees

The calculation is quite simple if you short at 15P and it goes to 10p what ever amount of shares you have been issued are 50% cheaper when you return them.

so for 1M profit roughly at that 15p you would have 500K worth of shorted shares
