So I'm guessing, but lets say they make 2K per month per unit, which is very very generous, that give AFC 1K X 20 X 12 = 250K

So I was just reading what peel Hunt have said today in the AFC article.

Grim reading TBH they have confirmed that AFC will be leasing around 20 units out.

My calculations that are rough but quite generous I think profit could be £1000 per month so that’s 250K for the year.
