But each person needs a doctor, Dentist, school places, hospital space, House and uses the road network.

So we are now paying 50% more on rents and house prices and all our taxes have been getting higher and higher for over population and now they are unable to tax us more, they are now making our companies pay more.

So any pay rises in April will be minimum.

So i would say, that is 5M left this country tomorrow, everyone left would be better off.

Also remember when you start seeing articles regarding something is finished its probably a good time to buy. 4 Years ago i remember reading how Oil was coming to an end.
