It looks like Dixon was pushed out, someone better. And the fact that the new CEO pulled another guy away from where he was previously working, shows that they have some confidence with AFC.

My only negative is, they mention the new CFO is successful with private company's. I would like the new CEO to put this private issue to bed in January and confirm they are intending to remain public.

Why would you aggressively increase your short, at all time lows when the company you are shorting is now selling products and a new CEO is just about to start.
