It's a key building block, and how the market reacts today is neither here nor there. This is about how potential buyers view Cascabel, not how small investors feel about a daily share price movement.

Fort, I don't agree with your last paragraph, but the rest is absolutely correct. This MD&A contained nothing that we either didn't know already or could have worked out and yet the reaction has been extraordinary.

1. PFS due in Q1. We knew that.

2. In the absence of a transaction cash will be required by end June. We knew that.

Was there anything we didn't know?

Although we'd all have hoped for more detailed news on the IPA and SR, clearly the company can't provide a running commentary on what are price sensitive negotiations and in any event would not have formed part of this announcement.

I'm really not sure why this MD&A is causing so much grief. We knew what the cash position would be and we knew that absent a deal of some description, more funds would be required before June. So what's new? The fact that the some people assumed the PFS would be early Q1, but we now appear to have missed the 'early' bit. Is that really a cause for panic?

Afraid I'm not with you on that one, Jerry. The company needs to keep hold of as much working capital as possible.
