A few positive indicators give me decent reason to stay here. There could be a slick or a wall round the next bend .....and. but the chequered flag awaits. Suffice to say.....interesting.

TBQH I'm chilled here. I have enough in at 2.37 average to allow me to sleep at night and enjoy a few beers in the sun but sufficient to enjoy the benefits of the rewards I see unfolding over the next weeks and months. Spread risks and sleep well. Time to leave the comments board and let this develop whilst I enjoy the weather on 2 wheels.

It was merely to reflect the phikanthrooic nature of Jonathan Bixby in contrast to the picture being painted here. It bears no current relevance - as does all the blurb being posted here. The only person with hands on the tiller is the CEO who has posted regularly. The fact that he mentioned a progress update 'in the coming days' [3,5,7,14,20?] neglected the eternal impatience of many contributors posting on LSE. Time enough. Patience. If you can't wait then sell and move on, simple.

Director dealing - Donation of shares to charity

Cykel (LSE:CYK) announces that, upon board approval, Jonathan Bixby, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has gifted a charitable donation of 32,000,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held via Toro Consulting Ltd to a Canadian registered charity (Charitable Impact Foundation).

The donation is part of Mr. Bixby long standing commitment to philanthropy. Mr. Bixby does not control the Charitable Impact Foundation. Following this gift, Mr. Bixby now holds 31,550,000 Ordinary Shares of Cykel held via Toro Consulting Ltd representing approximately 7.54% of the issued share capital.

Why so bitter OSD? The shareprice is dropping on the mere fact that the CEO said he would provide a confirmation update 'in the coming days'. That is open to many interpretations 3, 7, 14, 20?? Is it not interesting that Bill Bixby donated a significant amount of his shareholding to a charity over which he has no involvement or interest? Surely his credibility as a philanthropist would be damaged were this not a decent move. No Opinion or answers here, just observations the rest as I said before is idle speculation till the next RNS.

OK.....so where are we now. Cykel AI is aggressively scaling its ecosystem of autonomous digital workers across multiple business functions—supported by meaningful partnerships and technical validation. However, it remains in early commercial stage, with financial fragility ahead of major revenue inflection.

The crucial drivers are:

Conversion of demos into paying clients, especially Lucy enterprise contracts in Q2–Q3 2025.

Adoption uptake of Eve and Samson, and whether these digital workers start generating recurring ARR.

Impact of NVIDIA collaboration—can they leverage SDK and hardware advantage to accelerate rollout?

Bitcoin holding strategy—a potential source of gains or losses depending on market swings

Cykel AI is a high‑risk, high‑upside play on the “digital worker” trend, with impressive tech development but still uncertain revenue. It’s worth watching over the next few months to see if demo momentum turns into stable contracts and bookings. Is investing now at this stage getting onboard before it hits 'big investment radar'???

Critically, we expect to be cash positive in H12025 (as we have stemmed the cash burn) and be further cash generative in H22025

· This is now a crucial turning point in the Group's history, and we are now poised for cash generative growth with improved operational gearing, pricing under control and working capital under control

All the director options kick in at a significant premium which bodes well and Luceco with its competent and seasoned management has a seat on the Board as part of its 10% share purchase.

Presume the details of that strategy will be aired with next RNS this week as July 1st tomoro.....

Just hope this isn't a ploy to get investors to panic-sell only for the price to recover and climb sharply as bigger players mop them up on the cheap. We will see soon.

Who is the key player to cool the place down at short/instant notice.....yep! Cool share for global warming.

If the results are in the bag and out later surely it can't just relate to those at this late hour. Auditors will have qualified and resolved any queries so this smacks more of shareswaps and intentions. Probably totally wrong but with Luceco holding 10% and having a seat on the Board I can't see these not having passed scrutiny already. I'm sticking with backroom deals but wfdik - we'll find out in a while. Certainly odd.

The deal with US energy mover Redaptive could have been pivotal and significantly more important than the market has given it credit. This is effectively the move of a US player into the UK eEnergy market. It only happened end May so this could easily account for the late disruptor effect. My pennyworth goes with t/o discussions but zilch to back that up other than gut instinct as eEnergy is embedded in multiple funding streams with UK bank and govt backing.

Which immediately leads to the question why? Major shareholders Luceco and Derek Myers holding 20%+ combined would be expected to be in constant contact at this late stage, hence this may involve corporate action. Interesting.
