I often still pop in to take a look and have a read, So nice to see some old faces still hanging in there even if like myself you haven't had the opportunity to get some cash in to average down with some .2's. Well done to all you newbies. I've read a lot of the ramping here and although its never going to go anywhere near my money back (well I doubt it very much) There are a few major upsides to this at this sp People have talked about cash in hand and monies owed Totalling around $8.5million. Something else which must be taken into account is asset values, I say must be as oilex are not looking to sell stake at bhandut and also looking for partners at cambay. Values? Well in 2006 oilex acquired 15% cambay and 40% for around $5.5million. In 2013/2014 $4million was the value put on 10% of cambay alone in the deal with Magna Of course the current climate has to be taken into account but so two does all the investment and infrastructure that has been put in place for these assets including a proof of concept well 77h. Could we say that 10% is still worth $4millon? That would value cambay at $18million. To a cash rich company that could fund a series of drills it would be an attractive purchase especially considering the demand in india. Then as said there is bhandut, what value do we put on that? and Australia must have some value too. Even if we said that today they sold the whole lot and agreed to settle for half the $5.5million owed and add that to $3million in hand, It surely should net in excess of $20million. At todays rates $20million would be over £15million. Possibly 1p a share. no good to me and many of us but that's how I value this heap of crap now. Of course if they sold bhandut and and the proceeds along with cash in bank and cash calls outstanding could fund a drill and it turned out to be a high performance well, then we could see 10 baggers here even more, Ok dreaming lol.....GLA
Wow, who would have guessed that one day some of us long termers would be sitting here reading ramping at 1/5th of a penny. Cussler, bugs in the boardroom, I cant remember anything but bugs in the boardroom, oex or any other aim company come to that. Using the word bug I am not referring to an audio device, simply to parasites, annoying pests and creatures that will hoover up anything including your dead skin and your blood. Many people die from bugs and in aims many people die financially from similar parasites with no care for the haman race just what they can take from them. GLA
If this hits a penny it would mean I would have some money to play with again. I think anybody that has watched this game for years can only guess at ups and downs. then there are those that are inn the know....those that run it and need a placing, those that broker it and know those facts long before you as in my opinion do the market makers and anyone in the same circles of privileged information. we learn from pump and dumps for no reason, we see spikes on hope or a little good info only to be followed by drop zone after more suckers have been reeled in. it is pointless me saying that there are also people on these bb's that are party to that. Hedging is another great option for the experienced trader, also there can be collective manipulation of shares such as this, it doesn't take too much. If we look at the previous 4 weeks and volumes in £ signs, not shares. it has gone done from .32 to .17 ... then from .18 to .26. massive shorting opportunity at .32 knowing a little hope and suckers will snap up on the good news and rise, They already had their's on and their shorts stopped out on rise, helping the rise and up she goes with suckers lured in to help it so they can do the same again and down she goes. this is only my opinion but its an opinion I draw by what I see and what I read and how I follow certain posters. Any newbies thinking of entering on hype, I would say, "yes its possible you can get lucky but you are gambling in the hope that you guess right with those in the know, and those that are able to manipulate share prices. My total sincere advice would be to short with stop loss as most aims could make you a fortune that way when you see some spikes. As the small man we are afraid to do that and some cant. there are the odd ones you will win if you get out with a profit if you are wise to bail and hit again another day. its a mugs game for people like me even though I research to the hilt and think I bet on winners. The conclusion. The winners are those in the know not those reading what is written, and remember in life that not all can win, generally there is a gold, silver and bronze winner no? or a team that beats other teams no? So if you agree with those facts then you will also know that to be a winner there must be lots behind you losing and to be at the top (or rich from it) there are thousands behind you losing. Its the same in this sport. Gla
Hi all. I haven't posted of late as had and have so much grief in my personal life that my untold loss here and across similar legalised embezzlements seem trivial, however I do pop in for the occasional read on the odd morning. Its nice to see some old faces still hanging here although I guess like myself the old faces have given up hope of seeing anything other than a small fraction of their investment ever entering account again. I still think this is as dodgy as Spans teeth. Just 77 for example, having always supplied local demand we know not what its true capacity is. Adding to that we have an undisclosed gas sales contractor to the local market and the fact that they said they would (so long ago now and more than once) work to improve marketing of the gas. One day I believe the assets at cambay and in fact bhandut will reap rich reward for certain persons that have been closely involved with it throughout. Its also fabulous to see so many new faces here at these prices ranting and ramping a triple bagger or double your money or even 5 bag. My opinion is its possible to 5 bag and would at some point in the future expect to see this at least .64p a share. how many months, even years that would be is any bodies guess. Well, imagine, span and all old colleagues, for every 500,000 we held at 4p (once 12p) valued at £20k, we could now buy 500,000 at less than a grand, or more importantly we are fooked. Oh well guys have a nice day and remember for every 100 of us losers their is a fat cat in the circle of legalised nonsense getting fatter. GLA
Isn't that the saying. We have no other option here but to have a big hope of getting something and a little hope of getting back on to the dream folds. something to hope for is better than dead. No point in arguing, what will be will be. GLA
I make you 100% correct about aim being a mugs game. Although there appears to be a circle with obvious agenda that do rather nicely due to the existence of aims. Its a continual lure via use of words and dealings by those ( of various titles ) with the knowledge as what is afoot and when to deal when to deal. In short, those continuing to benefit from aims can only do so via the loss of us mugs, be that a paper loss or actual cash which basically amounts to the same as there are probably millions that never have a chance to see there cash returned in full. However, looking on the optimistic side with CHL, it appears that there may be a little longer or a little life in it yet. These of course are only opinions as I see it but it looks like they will apply for revision or annulment, or possibly both. As it states in the RNS in a roundabout way (again mho) a lot will depend whether or not a stay of costs is granted. I guess that will take a good period of time to be decided once/if revision/annulment and stay of costs is requested. Other opinions are, That if the stay of costs is granted and revision or annulment take place, then there would need to be a deal done to fund continuance. Should a stay of costs be declined yet revision (not annulment) granted then that would open up a whole can of worms regarding where and how the current costs award would be raised and how funding the revision process would be managed. Finally, I guess it would cost little to request (with slightest of grounds) as opposed to loss and timescale to date and what is at stake should there be a chance of positive outcome. GLA
You seem to know your stuff here and I don't really want to come across as negative as I no longer hold. The points you make regarding salaries and deal should be up for debate with all that hold and anybody considering investing. Taking salary in shares is commendable but is dilutive at the same time. Yes vatomaina is likely to take a very long time, what other overheads and running costs will need to be funded during that period, and will the relatively small cash payment cover that in such a period of time. The big question. How much will vatomaina cost to develop and will it be possible via simply bass shares and future royalties. my views on such debate are the reason I sadly left with huge losses. Wish you all the best and good luck here.
That's why the share price is where it is and you cannot trade on line with Barclays. I'm sad to say (well happy in a way) that I eventually phoned and dealt out my shares in 1.6's at a great loss. The deal is shares in a company that will own the asset. The bods here will still need a salary, I'm guessing that will be paid from tranche one cash. then stgr have shares in the company that owns the asset. should those shares be needed to be sold for stgr bods to continue being paid to assist bass then whats left. Oh yes, another load of shares should the asset achieve said targets. should those shares need to be sold (if ever given/target achieved) to fund stgr as a company then whats left and so on so on. I have sat here three years now and lost tonnes on hope that off takes and double shift etc etc would have this in the twenties, why I never sold in teenies or even above 4p when bass initially valued it at higher per share in the asset (cash that never materialised, so shares of theirs instead lol) Gla I wish you all the best but it simply looks like a ridiculous trading share for the foreseeable future. if targets are not achieved ( or when?) whats left.
Aims are just a way of bods having a decent lifestyle, whilst the get funds via placing's to establish a company the smaller investor gets lured in on all fantastic news to be followed by another placing or disappointment. Of course there are some that spike and some small guys get lucky, that said many many ( a big %) go to the wall or suffer huge losses on the idea they are convinced that they can get rich with multi baggers. This one had a couple of those sniffy bits, Darwin and rab etc but all in all I doubt they done anything other than make nicely on hype parts and trading there in and well prior on knowledge of "very near future" and other rns comments going to be made at the right time for them. At the end of the day we lost all we had invested but I think this was more political than judicial reality. No way would anyone want to upset the usbeks as they are very necessary to be on side as are the allied corridor. without that there would be many problems. There is so much inhumane course, illegality's and corruption that receives very little pressure and much blind eye stuff from governments worldwide due to the compliance providing the only real corridor.
It would have to be a substantial win which again could drag on for a long time and then would have to be collected which could also possibly take a long time. Then if there was enough money after paying all outstanding at that time , they state that the company would then become solvent again. Basically it looks over and even if not, you will see not a glimmer or a penny for a long long time. Sad guys, but that's life and good luck to you all
I think it unlikely that we will see us out of suspension. 28th jan In accordance with AIM Rule 1, if the Company fails to appoint a replacement Nomad within one month of the date of SP Angel's resignation, admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled. No nomad has been advised so that will be our next line of news inmho. delisted, then what? I have no idea, but possibly bye bye.

From everything I've read, and from all the timely rns's I've seen, I think its just all been a timely known about situation for those at the top end of the scale. The Darwin thing etc etc, Darwin just don't back losses, they are assured of gains before funding and are one of the nightmares of aim funding. I don't know truly why they disappeared with definite garauntee of reappearance to make again, possibly it was for rab mates too, but rest assured the only losers here are the likes of us. Yep it seems 22nd march, but by that date I'm guessing we will be delisted due to the rule of nomad, otherwise they would be stating we may notify of any developments on that score prior to the February delist date if we have no nomad. We have to wait until 22nd march I feel but you can bet your bottom dollar the proposals will go forwards, and we will stay backwards. I suppose anything or any future hope would be better than nothing, But I expect (hope not) the money guys will have anything and we may see very very little or nothing but years of what we've witnessed thus far.
Who is also invested here. He had a go at emailing the administrators asking several questions due to the fact he felt they had had a little time and may notify of any developments. I cant remember all the questions he asked but remember a couple of important ones that I would ask. They were Would there be a new nomad appointed or ill the shares be delisted from trading on aim . And something along the lines of if delisted will we still hold an interest if there is ongoing appeal or request for decision to be set aside, or are private investors shares now totally worthless. All to no avail although he did say e got a rapid reply along these lines. Thanks for your email and we are currently reviewing all and will be writing to everybody with our proposals on 22nd march. He and I cannot understand why they could not answer a single question, as it would hardly be market sensitive. Total disgrace
Who can say but something very fishy went on here with the very near future thing and then Darwin back in, spike and trounce from Darwin, or just the same old story in aims, whilst Darwin are in many pies, I wonder how many months prior to their deal announced they know what the deal will be, and what the rns's will be for guarantee they will reap. Yes all know exactly how Darwin work, all. So how many others that voice the deal, do the deal and know about the deal join to reap undetected from cfd, spread bet, forward selling their salaried shares either through broker or nominee account (hidden stuff). Darwin although funding and reaping, can always be used as scape goat. I don't care what anyone says as I have watched it in too many aim shares, many more than I have invested in. The long and the short is Darwin are often the known scape goat for the whole deal crowd, and without the likes of Darwin and other placee's/funders reaping aims would not get the bods rich and the prits conned. So rs knows nothing all along, he don't earn no money (means he's poor now no? NO) its the same everywhere you look. If you think this one is bad you should have seen the sh*te spikes in chl, contradictory news upon contradictory news, a massive spike only to be placed at less than half the spike on the news that chl were no longer being accused of fraud themselves. Oh suddenly that's not the case lol. If you think that's bad you should see the full story on afr (AFREN) and that aint even as low as aim and they got away with it. If you invest heavily in aims you will have knowledge or be lucky, if you hit bottoms , catch a spike and get a 20% return get out and find another one. That way you could be lucky when the clan that have loaded low may give you a free ride if it spikes (as they arrange some from lows) and if totally lucky that they play when you are, you could bag even on your free ride, but 10 or 20% up is better than the 80% of people that end up to 100% down or gone
.
Are these shares somehow being traded for the beneficial, or is it just another glitch. that's twice now. This time its 3.06 to sell and 3.19 to buy
Yeah right, we could all be rich tomorrow in the aim game. So say all the bods in hidden language .........not to mention agenda
Maybe shelly is a her not a him. possibly waxes and aint hanging on by one lol
To take out his anger. different people morn in different ways. Me I am seething at all my investments in aims and am almost one of the 80% plus stats. sometimes anger, sometimes humour. You could call that next door to loony status, I just call it fooked and pee pee'd off.
