Been here for almost a year and it seems when we get good news like today, nothing happens with the share price.? It’s close to embarrassing! I am just going to give this until Christmas as Vince mentioned the re-rate in share price then I am off! But have to say, not too confident this will happen. Great company, management and assets but no one seems interested and in buying????
any ideas on how many warrents still outstanding?
either way, would be good to hear some clarification from the management or a BLOODY GOOD RNS!
Then this conversation is history and we can move on!
it really is baffling and I am not 100% certain BUT I have seen similar previously, with other companys. We may potentially hear about a future placing and this is what is being forward sold....what it appears to me.
Good example is MTR today, announced a great rns followed by another rns about placing and just killed the initial great rns. I could be wrong, and I hope that I am!
every day over the past couple of weeks there has been a constant big seller, something tells me we will find out about a placing soon as you always see a churn of the warrants sold before it is announced. Happy to be wrong but really starting to get annoyed about my biggest position in portfolio, being the worst performer now!
Hope I am wrong but this is AIM!

Mines Minister Mr. Christopher Yaluma Zambia has started revoking the more than 600 mining licences for the mines which have remained dormant for some time. Mines and Mineral Development Minister Christopher Yaluma recently announced that Government would repossess dormant mining licences and give them to serious investors. Currently there were more than 600 mining licences in the country whose owners were not utilising them. Permanent Secretary Paul Chanda said in an interview that Government was now cancelling mining licences that have remained inactive. Mr Chanda said there were a number of small-scale and large-scale miners that were not utilising their mining licenses. He said that Government had given the miners a 90-day notice for revocation and automatically cancelling licences that had not been renewed. We are currently cancelling mining licences that have been dormant and those that have not been renewed. This process will be ongoing, we want to issue the licences to serious investors who will utilise them, he said. Mr Chanda said with the introduction of an online licence system, it was easy to monitor mining activities. He said the online electronic licence system was also automatically cancelling licences which were not utilised and renewed. Mr Chanda said it was sad that some firms and individuals had kept mining licences without even going further to do simple drilling. He said there were a number of foreign firms from Australia and the United Kingdom(UK) which were interested in putting up mining projects in areas that were already licensed. Mr Chanda said the Government would issue the mining licences it would repossess to serious investors who have registered companies. He urged firms and companies that had valid mining licences to start utilising them before they are revoked.

I hope so, better than using loads of debt and time to go at it alone! Rather sell it and use the monies to buy more tailings projects that don't require expensive deep cast mining and bigger work force. Show me the money!!!
I will be working, is there any way that I can ask a question prior to this? or can someone ask a question on my behalf? if so, like when are they going to use the 50 million debt facility and why didn't they use this for BMR? also is this debt facility ring fenced?
Thanks. Shame not much action on the volume today?
Please pass on the resolutions passed, thanks. Also why is there no action on trades today?
