Yes agreed Mike, that's the point if we would be due to receive the info via a RNS first, if it was NN, them announcing it at their CMD would be old news, hence my point the hosting of the day and any news would be of no consequence to us. I watched virtually last year, it was quite a drab affair if honest - but if anyone else wants to watch this years and spill the beans on here if there is anything interesting, then be my guest:)

@Dale NN Capital markets Day is a big red herring it happening is of no consequence to the EUA sale, they have one at the same time every year. And if they are a bidder due to NDAs they won't be able to share any news. And if they have successfully bid, we would hear about it first via an RNS rather than as an announcement during their investors day surely? IMO.

I think you're right @Dmitrycousin with us shareholders all inside the EUA fish tank it is easy to get a bit carried away.

It must be a bit annoying for NN to be asked about this 'internal transaction' multiple times now from different EUA investors. Whether they are bidding/negotiating for EUA or not, they are not going to tell us. Presumably outright lies are ok if an NDA has been signed. And I'm saying this as one of those EUA investors who contacted NN's Investor Relations on Friday last week.

@Stix HL here too, not sure that is correct, the SP isn't moving very much but don't think that converts to there being an issue with HL as such?

Chanatron that is a very good point you make - to coin a phrase it will help them to 'sweat their existing assets more'

silversun yes fair enough it's all guesswork none of us know the real market value until a deal is signed and then disclosed to us. I would be quite happy with 50p, having already made £100k profit its been the best ride ever so far!

Nice small but welcome rise into the close today, even though the sp seems to have been a bit stuck around 30p recently, at least its arrested the gradual falls from 37p. Thanks to Mac and others for the excellent research re NN. Fingers crossed for us all.

Amigo is a bare knuckle ride and one to avoid IMHO.

NN is listed in London on the London International Exchange whatever that is, the ticker is MNOD and I have signed up for email alerts but presumably the earliest the humongous RNS from them would come through would be at 07:05 along with the other LSE stocks. The interim divi the other day was RNS'd which is re-assuring.
