Adrian Hargrave, CEO of SEEEN, explains how the new funds will accelerate customer growth Watch the video here.
I'm in because of my own research. But what we do know is very little until we are told what the deal entails. You can never gaurentee that a company won't do a placing no matter what there balance sheet says. As far as I'm aware they make a substansial loss each year. This is to be expected at present due to research costs. If they need to raise funds for aquisition or for research they will do a placing like any other company. That's not always a bad thing though if value to the shares is delivered down the line.
As with a lot of companies on aim everything looks positive for eden. They have the right products that solve a problem that currently isn't being solved. If you take time to look at there test data their products generally appear to perform as well as their chemical equivalents. They have spent a great deal of time in many countries securing their patents so we can only hope that a decent revenue stream comes in the future. I had been invested in Eden for a good while and their are a few anomolies in that time that I am not overly happy about. Tom Winnifrtih in the past has always rated eden as a dog but If the test data is to be trusted I've always thought that there will be a massive upside here. Unfortunately me being slightly impatient and having other interests I sold my shares on Friday. Good luck to all invested
In my opinion potential revenues always have the potential to be absolute flannel. I have the potential to be a billionaire If I was better at investing! This is AIM though where we invest on potential future of a company. I have briefly looked in to the growth of ABZA and they are in a very vibrant and interesting sector and there aquisitions appear to complement there business objectives. They have a steady and growing revenue stream which all looks very positive. If we get a nice rns outlining the favourable details of the £300 million deal or any of the others then rocket this share will and you will be glad you invested at these levels. Lots of upside for me so worth a little punt. I shall sit and wait and see what unfolds. Good luck to all invested :-)
ADSS is a massive dog! The SP has done nothing but fall since it was listed. To see an AFPO style recovery a new board is needed.........just like a new CEO with a new vision was needed at AFPO. ADSS is always saying we are in talks to such and such, and contracts are in the pipeline but they never materialise. How they are burning nearly $1 million dollars a month is frightening and so are many things about this company. Despite all that I have said at todays SP there is probably a good play to double your money. In the last few months I've seen it go here a few times before.........then go up 100% as traders run it up....only to go back down again. Its a good and easy share for the twitter crew to start rumours about and generate a bit of interest. So despite my feelings there may be a good little profit here for some. Good luck to all
lol
Andrew Groves left the board of African Potash in January. I do not know why people are trying to prove some kind of link to AFPO. The Rns clearly states they are targeting a potash company in Ethioipia. African Potash's "mine" is based in the congo so the wrong tree is being barked up IMO.
Enjoy your Tea tidd
When Tidd questions AFPO he is providing balance . When anyone questions TIDD its childish. Would anyone like to have a go at explaining the logic in that statement?
I have just reported your post as I have no alias thankyou. And to make an unstantiated claim is a lie. If you do not want to answer my questions you just had to say I will not answer your questions. You do not have to blatantly make things up
Hi Earlier, you said that you were happy to have a sensible debate about ADSS. Now you say "I've done my homework mate, why should I help you lot?" Which is it as I posted some questions in a previous post that I would like you thoughts on? Just incase you are happy for a sensible debate I put up my most again so you do not have to bother looking for it : Hi Tidd I am curious what facts do you know about ADSS? Do you have any theories about why there share price has continually fell since African Oil field logistics became ADSS. What research have you done in to the board of directors and what conclusions have you come to about them? They appear to be burning about $1million dollars a month do you think investors should be worried by this? They changed there accounting date so that audited accounts do not have to be submitted until March next year should investors be worried by this also? As it looks like they will be out of cash by the end of the year do you think a placing is likely?I look forward to your answers
ADSS sharepice originally rose on rumours on a contract with AFPO. RNS released today quoting an extract of a previous RNS saying they are targeting contracts with a potash mine in Ethiopia. These contracts may be lucrative who knows without valid figures saying such. However, the word targeting can be inferred to mean that they have not got them yet. You have to assume that with AFPO not being based in Ethiopia that the original rumours that caused the rise are totally unfounded. So you have to ask yourself whether an extract from a previous RNS which originally caused the SP to fall is enough now to make it hold or rise.

Hi Dave, I will refrain from my personal opinions and just give you brief summary of ADSS. I have my theories as to why the shareprice has continually fallen but you could argue that my views are tainted . So I will just give you the facts African oil field logistics became ADSS as part of reverse merger. They announced great results and ambitous projects and a healthy balance sheet with a good amount of cash in the bank. However, since its new listing ADSS shareprice continually fell. The crash from 2p down to 0.5 came when they released a trading update in july stating bad trading conditions and that $12 million cash they had at the start of the year became $6.1 milliion.
I apologise If I have offended you. Can you tell me why it would be a bad idea to email the company and ask them to confirm or deny the rumours?
I will be totally honest I'm not a fan of the company or the board and as such I am not invested. However, If you are invested and have any concerns email the company about the twitter rumours . I doubt that they will respond to you personally but if they receive enough emails I am sure that they will confirm or deny the rumours by RNS.
So who will be attending the AGM in Geurnsey? lol
TW has and he's not always right. But the there are some worrying things about JSI 1. Resignation of CFO 2. Too many of the shares are in hands of the chairman 3. Head office is in the Virgin Isles 4. If the company has been doing so well why has the share price continually fallen since being listed on aim? 5. Profits have decreased by 23.6% in last rns It is for these reasons and others that its not an investment for me but I wish all those invested the best. Those thinking about investing should do their own research before investing. There have been many scams involving chinese companies on aim. I would see if there are any similarities between previous scams and the JSI model and make your own mind up. ATB
I am. News cannot be far off now. Usually when Eden falls this low a rise often follows
And yet the price continues to fall. I increased my holding here yesterday as I thought that would be the bottom!
I'm not quite sure what your relevence for trying to prove some kind of link to AFPO is. It is quite clear from the RNS that contracts are with a major potash developer in Ethiopia. Well done for trying to prove the speculation though. In all honesty It surely is irrelevent who the contracts are with. Surely the most important thing for ADSS at the minute is to have profitable contracts regardless of who they are with.
